U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin has ended after about three hours.
Putin aide Yuri Ushakov described the talks as “constructive and useful.” He said the discussion focused on the possibility of resuming direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
