Demyan Kudryavtsev, Vladimir Voronov, and Martin Pompadur have reached a preliminary agreement to sell off 100 percent of the stock company “BNM,” which publishes one of Russia’s leading business newspaper, Vedomosti, and the Russian edition of The Harvard Business Review. Kudryavtsev has confirmed the sale to Vedomosti.
The business is being sold to Alexey Golubovich, the founder of the investment company “Arbat Capital,” and Konstantin Zyatkov, the former editor-in-chief of Argumenty i Fakty and current president of the tabloid publisher “Nasha Versiya.” Last week, Meduza reported that the sale was likely.
